Mark Gutierrez - ACSI Leadership

Mark Gutierrez

Chief Executive Officer

Since joining ACSI in 2011, Mark Gutierrez has been a driving force behind the company’s evolution and sustained growth. Starting as Operations Manager, he tripled collections placements and optimized performance across key business areas.
As COO, he led ACSI’s transformation into a full-service BPO provider and championed the launch of our Tijuana operation. Today as CEO, Mark leads ACSI’s expansion into Chihuahua and beyond, with a focus on innovation, people development, and operational excellence.

Chief Revenue Officer

David brings decades of global BPO leadership across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Known for guiding companies through transformation and growth, he now leads strategy, sales, marketing, and operations at ACSI.
He has helped scale early-stage organizations into global operations and is recognized for his client-first mindset, innovation, and ability to build high-performance teams internationally.

Diego Benitez

Chief Administrative Officer

Baja Region (Tijuana Site)

With over 23 years in BPO leadership, Diego oversees operations at ACSI’s Tijuana site. He began in 2002 managing over 100 agents and later directed teams of 800+ agents, 16 managers, and 60 supervisors across 35 client accounts. Since 2017, he’s led all facets of daily ops in Tijuana, including HR, training, QA, and compliance, consistently exceeding client expectations with high-touch service delivery.

Fabian Higareda

Director of Operations

Fabian joined ACSI in 2024 and quickly brought structure and performance optimization to the Mexico City and Tijuana operations. With multinational leadership experience, he implemented global best practices and built a strong leadership bench within his first year. He is a key driver of growth, committed to quality delivery, operational consistency, and scalable solutions tailored to client needs.

Naseem Dastgerdi, MSHI

Compliance Director

Naseem joined ACSI in 2023 and brings over 10 years of healthcare compliance expertise. She holds degrees in Healthcare Administration and Health Informatics and has conducted Security Risk Assessments and audits across the U.S. She has built compliance programs for FQHCs and treatment centers and works closely with leadership to uphold data security, HIPAA compliance, and regulatory alignment.
